Questions are being raised by a number of individuals regarding the activities of Chumban Landry Forche, a youth parliamentarian from Mezam Division and founder of the non-governmental organization Sky Limit International.
Several complainants have alleged that they were promised employment, recruitment opportunities, travel arrangements, and other benefits through initiatives reportedly linked to Sky Limit International. Some individuals further claim that they paid money in anticipation of receiving such opportunities.
The allegations have sparked concern among members of the public, with some calling on the competent administrative and judicial authorities to investigate the claims and determine whether any laws have been violated.
Critics have also questioned the operations and funding activities of Sky Limit International, while urging potential beneficiaries, partners, and donors to exercise due diligence before engaging with any organization or individual offering employment, travel, or recruitment opportunities.
At the time of publication, these allegations had not been independently verified but Chumban Landry Forche was recently released from the Kondegui Maximum security prison in Yaounde after he spend two years on same allegations.
Efforts to obtain comments from Chumban Landry Forche and representatives of Sky Limit International were unsuccessful.
Observers say a transparent investigation by the appropriate authorities would help establish the facts and address growing public concerns surrounding the matter.
As with all allegations, the individuals and organizations mentioned are entitled to the presumption of innocence unless wrongdoing is established through due legal process.
