From a family of footballers in Bonduma-Buea, Boris Enow wants to leave his own footprints on the sands of time!
Boris Enow hails from one of the most talented households in Buea. His family’s storied football heritage is exemplified by his uncles, whose achievements have left an indelible mark on football in Buea and beyond.
Come to think of it, Oben Tarkang, one of his prominent uncles, was a celebrated figure in Cameroonian football during the mid-1990s. He played for Ekata Farmers, Elexport Limbe and Victoria United before moving to SV Babelsburg and then to SV Wattenscheid all in Germany. Oben Takang also played for the Indomitable Lions .
And then Agbor Tarkang Julius, another uncle, made significant contributions as a top goal scorer in the elite one championship while playing for Mount Cameroon FC of Buea. In fact, Julius is still an active football in Germany.
Then there was James Takow Takang who also played for Olympic Muyuka, Prisons of Buea, Musole Strikers and Victoria United.
And that’s not all. Takang Tabot Walters selected for the Brasseries football school in Douala during the 1996 Top Cup in Buea, also honed his skills in Prisons Buea, Top Tarzan Mutengene, Kumbo Strikers and Kumba Lakers.
Finally, there was Kingsley Ayamba Takang who at the age of 16 went to trials from Mount Cameroon fc to Venezia in Italy. He also played for Accada Sports in Limbe, Kumba Lakers,
Tiko United and Mount Cameroon fc.
Boris Enow is following in the footsteps of his uncles. From Cinyodev fc to the Brasseries football Academy, he surrounded himself with outstanding footballers. Their successes set a high bar for young talents in Buea, and Boris is poised to continue this proud tradition.
This lineage of skilled footballers provides Boris Enow with a robust foundation and an inspiring environment to cultivate his own abilities.
With such a legacy backing him, the D.C United midfielder has all the attributes needed to reach the top of the football world. His potential, his self-discipline and his fear of the Lord, combined with his family’s footballing pedigree, make him a player to watch in the coming years.
Boris Enow is set to honor his family’s legacy and possibly carve out his own remarkable path in football history. He wants to write his own footballing pages that will inspire the next generation.
Watch out!
