FCFA 9.125 MILLION RAISED TO BOLSTER THEIR VICTORY PUSH
The Limbe City Mayor and Head of the CPDM Fako 1A (Limbe I Sub Division) Section, Paul Efome Mbole Ngale, has told his militants that they shall leave no stone unturned as they push forward to give their candidate, the incumbent President Paul Biya, a 100 percent victory on Sunday, October 12.
He was speaking on Friday, October 3, at the Limbe City Council Conference Hall at Down Beach, Limbe, as he presided at the launch of their Party’s campaign activities.
FCFA 9.125 MILLION RAISED AS PROOF OF DETERMINATION

To show proof of their determination to rally the militants and sympathizers to give Candidate Biya total victory in the Limbe I Sub Division, the City Mayor doled out FCFA 5 Million to support their campaign activities in the days ahead.
The Mayor of the Limbe I Council, Florence Eposi Mbwaye, unzipped her purse and pulled out FCFA 500,000. Her two Deputies – Motomby Henry and Beatrice Ndongo each pulled out FCFA 100, 000 to add to the amount.
The Fako 1A Section President, Ludwig Makaka Williams dipped his hands into his wallet and came out with FCFA 500,000 to further swell the amount.
The two MPs for the Fako East Constituency: Hon. Etombi Gladys and Hon. Findi Stanley, each chipped in FCFA 100,000 as the money piled up gradually.
THE BUSINESS MAGNATES
Prominent Business Magnate, Dima Gabriel enveloped in FCFA 300,000 while his wife, Catherine Dima added FCFA 100,000.
Meantime, the CEO of Gilgal Towers Hotel towered in with FCFA 200,000 to support the Limbe I Campaign efforts.
YCPDM PROOFED THEY ARE CAPABLE
The YCPDM President, Ekema Roland wheeled in the sum of FCFA 250,000 to support his Party’s campaign activities and ensure they give their Candidate a sure win in the Limbe I Sub Division.
Many other militants, amongst them Senior councillors and councillors also came up to the fund raising basket with varying sums.
By the close of the fund raising exercise that took less than an hour, the Coordinator, Mr Vivanje announced that their militants and sympathisers had raised the sum of FCFA 9.125 million.
CAMPAIGN WITH PASSION & DETERMINATION
At the close of the Campaign rally, the City Mayor who doubles as the Campaign Head for the Fako IA Communual Campaign Team, told his fellow members to go forth to all the quarters and Sub sections and campaign with determination and passion and ensure every voter in Limbe, he said, has only one choice – vote Biya on Sunday, October 12..

He reminded them about all the projects that Biya has already realized in Limbe, Fako and beyond.
The campaign launch was marked with speeches from other top shots of the Party in Limbe I such as Mayor Eposi Mbwaye, the Section President, Makaka Williams, the YCPDM President, Ekema and Hon. Gladys Etombi, among others.
They all harped on Biya’s achievements, especially the recent actions he has made such as the complete payment of salary arrears of the CDC workers worth FCFA 15.7 Billion and the start of work to reconstruct the damaged units of the National Oil Refining Company, SONARA.

BIYA AS BEST CHOICE
The speakers told their militants that of all the 12 candidates vying to be elected as President on October 12, Biya remains the best choice.
TCHIROMA, OSIH EXPECTED
It is worth noting that while Bello Bouba and Barrister Akere Muna have already come, campaigned and gone, Tchiroma Bakary and Osih Joshua, who are all opposition candidates are highly expected in Limbe in the days ahead.
During the CPDM Campaign launch, the City Mayor and his co-speakers told their militants not to give ear to any of the opposition candidates because, as they said Biya remains the only candidate they of the CPDM can trust.
It’s worth noting that since the 2004 Presidential election which the CPDM won in Limbe, they have gone on to win all other elections that their party has taken part in at the level of Limbe from then until 2020.
Thus, winning the 2025 election on October 12 is very crucial for the Fako1A CPDM.
