FECAFOOT is no longer a federation. It’s a malfunctioning machine on life-support. When an organization spirals into administrative chaos, and forces the government to clean up its unpaid debts, it has crossed the red line of credibility. Other nations like Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, D.R Congo etc have either been suspended from FIFA for far less or withdrew and came back stronger only after the rot was cleared out. Cameroon needs the same purification shock.Suspend the system, drain the poison, rebuild from scratch, and return to world football with clean hands and a clean house.Yes, FECAFOOT must be scrapped because its governance crisis has crippled transparency, its legal violations have undermined the rule of law, and its financial mismanagement has forced the state to intervene. Cameroon should be temporarily suspended so reforms can be carried out free from interference, just as FIFA has required of other nations. Only after a full reset and clean structures should Cameroon be readmitted to international football. There is nothing left to lose. Cameroon has already traded away it’s 2026 World Cup qualification throught institutional chaos. What does Prof. Narcisse Mouelle Kombi think? What has the country’s football legend Samuel Eto’o Fils got to say?Moki
