Joseph Dion Ngute, the Prime Minister and HOG of Cameroon, is a dynamic leader with a strong background in law and politics.
His charming smile and charisma is eloquent testimony of a man who understands his assignment so well and he is leving up to expectations In spite of several challenges.
Appointed as the 9th Prime Minister of Cameroon in January 2019, Ngute has been instrumental in addressing the Anglophone crisis, promoting infrastructural development, and strengthening international relations.

Ngute has been at the forefront in mobilising grass root militants of the CPDM for the reelection of President Paul Biya.
Born on March 12, 1954, in Bongongo Barombi in the SWR chief Doctor Joseph Dion Ngute studied law at the University of Yaoundé I, Queen Mary University of London, and the University of Warwick, where he earned his PhD.

Ngute has had a distinguished career in academia and politics and serving as a professor of law at the University of Yaoundé II and later became the director of the Advanced School of Administration and Magistracy.
Before becoming Prime Minister, Ngute held various government positions, including Minister Delegate to the Minister of External Relations and Minister of Special Duties at the Presidency.

Dion Ngute’s leadership style is characterized by his efforts to balance military action and negotiation in addressing the Anglophone crisis.
He has also emphasized the importance of decentralization and governance reforms.
Ngute who comes from the English-speaking southwest region of Cameroon and is the chief of Bongongo village in Ndian Division tribal chief.
