Promising Cameroonian international forward,Brenda Tabe Ebika,has made her debut for Irish side Athlone Town AFC,in the old continent of Europe.
The Indomitable lioness of Cameroon mark her presence on European stage on Sunday July 28th 2024, in her side’s 1#2 defeat to Paramount United.
Tabe joins Athlone Town AFC, from Lekie Filles FC.
Born on 2nd of December 2003 Brenda has steadily grown through the various ranks of the Cameroon national teams to becoming a trusted striker in the land. Many who had watched the talented striker already anticipated something huge coming her way.
Athlone Town Association Football Club (Irish: Cumann Peile Bhaile Áth Luain) is an Irish football club from Athlone who are playing in the League of Ireland. The club is the oldest in the League as it was founded in 1887.
First elected to the League of Ireland in 1922, they play their home matches in Lissywollen, their new stadium which opened in 2007.
The club’s colours are blue and black. Away kits vary from year to year although orange and black have been worn most recently..
It is therefore the begining of an exciting journey for the native of Mamfe, Manyu Division of the South West Region of Cameroon.
