From November 25 to December 10 the world observed 16 days of activism against Gender based Violence under the Theme: “UNITE to End Digital Violence against All Women and Girls”
As violence evolves, so must our response.Today, abuse is no longer limited to physical spaces. Women and girls are being attacked, silenced, threatened, shamed, and violated online — on phones, social media, messaging apps, and digital platforms.Voilence against women and girls affects one in three women. It is a Global human rights emergency that must stop.
Digital violence is real violence. It destroys confidence. It harms mental health. It limits leadership. It puts lives at risk.To end it, we must first name it.
